Q: How is the chemical peel done?
A: After cleansing the treatment area(s), the aesthetician will apply a non-irritating chemical solution. The chemical solution "peels" away the top layers of your skin, and reveals new, fresher and smoother skin. Depending on the results you desire and the condition of your skin, the aesthetician will customize the peel for either a light, medium or deep peel.
Q: How long does the procedure take?
A: A peel usually takes about 15-30 minutes to complete. To achieve your desired results, a series of peels may be scheduled at regular intervals.
Q: How long before I can return to normal activity?
A: You can get back to your normal routine almost immediately. There is no downtime associated with either the Micro Peel® or the Vitalize Peel®.
Q: Does it hurt?
A: We use specially formulated chemical peels from SkinMedica and La Roche-Posay Biomedic. These peels are gentle and non-irritating, but will leave you with fresh, smooth skin.
Q: Can I combine chemical peels with other procedures?
A: Yes. Chemical peels are a great compliment to Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Microdermabrasion, and other procedures. For the best results, you can purchase a package of peels and maintain your results at home with Pharmaceutical grade skin care products, also available at our office.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Chemical peels are very affordable, and can be purchased in packages for an even better deal. We also offer financing that will help make paying for your treatment more convenient. We even have interest-free plans available!

Chemical Peels
